this has to be the worst title company in the business. I have never ran into so many problems and lack of communication which is essential to get loans, title work, survey etc. done in a timely manner. I had 2 land purchases that was tied up for 3 months trying to close. had to get 3 and 4 amendments to the original contract because of delays caused by the title company. Kim never reached out and called anybody when additional information or documents were needed. Between me, the bank and the surveyors communicating regular... read more
