you go there once and they always email and call you all the time its so annoying just leave me alone!!!
Highly reccommend. Had a back problem for a long time and Natalie gave me a great programme to ease it off and then strengthen after listening to the specifics of my injury. As long as you carry out their exercises and put in the work you'll get results. Great value for money and I will recommend to family and friends. As a wee bit of constructive criticism the rooms could be better decorated they're a bit cold looking.
I had terrible pain for 2 years then came across central therapy, Natalie Omirston is brilliant, she did all my treatments and guided me , Supported me , she gave me confidence that I would recover this sciatica pain , After I had a treatment plan with her I am feeling so much confident,I am able to do much more tasks which I hadn't been done for so long , I recommend this clinic for any one who suffers a pain
Excellent experience all round. Georgina was friendly, professional and most importantly highly knowledgeable. I came in with bad knee pain which was diagnosed (tendinopathy) and treated over the course of a few sessions with specific exercises to do in between. My recovery was quick and I am now fully healed and glad I booked an appointment! Would definitely use again and highly recommend!
