Shocking treatment from Doctor Irlam barely listens to your problem, fobbs you off with rubbish and rushes you out of his room. Let’s down the practice as other doctors and the nurse are amazing! Will be seeking alternative surgery
Receptionists do not care. Always unbothered and give you information that’s in true to get you off the phone. The doctors here are awful, can’t wait to get you off the phone either and you can not book an appointment EVER! I would stay clear of this place especially if you go to the doctors or need them regularly. The other reviews do not lie.
It's 2024 how do you not have something as basic as a call queue?
Thank you to Dr Osman, receptionists and practice manager who go above and beyond. They are always so busy but are still professional and helpful. Caroline
Unfortunately this GP surgery cares more about budget that actually helping patients. We have been with them for about 11 years and it is getting worse. If you are lucky to get an appointment, just hope it was worth it.
