Never had any problems. I refinanced my car to lower rate lower payment, same number of yrs. All done over the phone. For me, my experiences have been, professional and courteous.
Account got Frozen because insurance elapsed on vehicle that I have finance with them showed them updated information so far they have refused to unfreeze the account even though never had any late payments was actually ahead on my payments. I was informed that, even though I’m up-to-date that I have to prove that the vehicle is working. I brought the vehicle to the local branch proved that it was working just for them to contact the same individual and for him to then request paperwork for any work I had done on the vehicle... read more
