On a school trip in June the Air Conditioning in our mini bus broke the day of our 10 hour trip back to Illinois. We spent hours on the phone with different shops seeing if anyone could help us. Central States was the first one willing to help. They went above and beyond, allowing our students to relax in their conference room during the repair and they got us on the road with A/C blasting in 30 minutes. They saved our trip and were absolutely wonderful to work with!
They won’t give you a part number even if they don’t have it available that horrible service
We have a transportation company that delivers buses to Central States. Their facility is way above average. Very helpful Personnel whether it's in the shop or in the office. They make it easy to take care of business here. Definitely customer focused.
