Despite not being state wide, or nationwide, this small conservative excellent credit union, is always helpful, and you actually talk to LOCAL REAL PEOPLE!
Honestly this is the worst banking experience I have ever had. When I first signed up they never ordered my debit card. Then I had fraud on my card and it has taken over a month to get a new card. Then when I asked if they could ship out a new one with a rush I was told it would be $50 that’s insane. I’m getting a new bank and I’ll never go back here
Love this credit union. Employees are always nice and very helpful.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I just opened and account there and I asked specifically if I could open with a check or if they wanted cash as well. They told me there was an 11 day hold on checks so it would be that long to access but everything else should be fine, I said no problem. My account still said everything was pending yesterday, now I have no pending checks and negative -$75 with fees! I haven't even been in the bank 5 whole days!!!
