Really bad customer service, they don't help you at all and just hope you know everything about them before going.
For over 8 years I've been with Central Savings Bank on Mackinac Island and regardless of it being a smaller bank I've never had the reason to join another bank. Wendy and Polly are just amazing at what they do. I can always count on them to provide me with great customer service, precise product knowledge and warm welcome! Clearly happy souls! Thank you again and again for always being there to guide us.
