LITERALLY THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED. About me: Various aches and pains due to many years of kickboxing and working as a contractor, the worst of which are 4 level-one bulging discs L2-L5. Massage and PT have offered only mild relief, and I don't like to take pills. Cortizone shots did pretty good at masking the symptoms for several months, but the pain returned.
