We no longer feel safe in our own home because of a certain resident that has recently moved in and is allowing people to stay longer than what our lease allows and the people are of questionable character. The security doors don't work and stay open a lot of the time.
I am afraid to sit in the outdoor areas by myself in the afternoon and evenings. I feel unsafe. Tables and decor from our common area have been taken away so we can't congregate and get together and talk.
