I’ve been seeing Michael here for a few months now due to a bursitis injury. I found him specifically because he does dry needling which has become popular lately. Through a combination of strength exercises, Electroshock therapy, and dry needling I am doing much better than I was before and am well on the mend. He’s always super understanding and is very encouraging. Will be returning to see him for another issue!

I hope you're never injured but if you are, I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are all great. The physiotherapist and kinesiologists who worked with me are all knowledgeable and compassionate.

I had about five sessions with Christopher Dong to tackle my chronic patellar tendonitis, and after trying the exercises he recommended, I really started to feel a difference. Chris was always kind, supportive, and clear in explaining things. I left each session feeling stronger and more confident. I’d definitely recommend him if you're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable physio therapist!

I came to see Michael Li at Central Park Physio due to some pain in my lower back. Michael listened to my concerns patiently and then he gave me some dry-needling therapy. He prescribed some core strengthening exercises for me to do at home. I felt much better after a week and by the end of the second week my pain is completely gone. I would definitely recommend Central Park Physio (and look for Michael) for your physio need.

Edward On is absolutely amazing. I’ve had numerous injuries and every time, he’s able to get me back to my regular daily tasks super quick. I recently had to see him again because I ended up in the hospital with back pain, and he healed the majority of the pain within a week or two. He’s really a miracle worker and always goes above and beyond for his clients.
