I’ve visited numerous popular physical therapy clinics in NYC —for everything from back and knee injuries to arthritis. But working with Central Park Physical Therapy (30 E 60th) has been, by far, the most healing and empowering experience I’ve had. They have all the advanced equipment you’d expect, but the real differentiator is the one-on-one, personalized sessions. You’re not passed off to assistants or put on autopilot machines. You get real care, real time, every time. My therapist is Rik Misiura , a former competitive ... read more

Dean and Rik are truly unique and talented clinicians. Rik’s years of experience and diversity and treatment, and Dean’s methodical and calm demeanor, I couldn’t recommend a team more suitable for your needs. As a fellow physio myself, I make it a priority to seek out the best to help myself through numerous accidents and injuries. The office staff are equally top notch!! A++

I cannot recommend this physical therapy practice enough! The care they provide is truly exceptional. Rik, the founder and owner, is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond to not only address the immediate issues but also teaches simple, practical techniques that promote long-lasting, permanent relief. What sets them apart is their focus on educating clients, ensuring that you understand your body and how to maintain your progress. Rick’s expertise, patience, and dedication are unmatched—I’ve been so impressed with his... read more

Central Park Physical Therapy is an outstanding physical therapy practice. They don't just help resolve your pain/issue, they spend the time to understand the root cause and give you exercises so the pain doesn't come back. I've had various issues over many years but have never had to get physical therapy for the same problem - just fabulous. Also the practice has convenient hours so you can go before work or after. I can't recommend Central Park Physical Therapy enough - their knowledge, their approach and their support are... read more

All therapists at CPPT carry expert knowledge to their treatment plans with compassion and enthusiasm.Therapists work on a one-to-one basis throughout your appointment. One never feels rushed. I have been treated at CPPT over the years - a knee injury and currently for hip and lower back pain. I am most grateful to Dean, Michael and Winnie for helping me get back on track overall, and with my pain relief. Margarita who warmly greets you at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful with any Insurance questions /issues ... read more
