Great customer service , Camilla was very helpful as we asked to see different apartment floorplans . Very surprised location was close to everything but also hidden so we wouldn’t hear so much traffic . Waiting for a response on application
Not impressed at all with the performance of CPG LLC. There is a fee that must be paid to get in ( my advisor said 3%) and they lock you out of changes for 3 month intervals. My advisor also warned me it will take 60 days to get the money back from CPG into my account. I wonder who gets the interest during those 60 days? I certainly won't say it's a "scam" but in my opinion, this is not an investment to sign up for unless you are mega wealthy and otherwise DGAF because you are super rich.
