My dad went to the Mililani branch to pay off an auto loan, the teller was so rude. She spoke to my dad like she is above all man kind, and she is only a teller. She spoke to my dad very low. You would expect these people to be welcoming and nice that you would go back. I am glad my dad paid off the loan and will never to back to that anymore. This is teller #3.
This is a great bank, but parking is a big problem. No parking. Cars are parked in that lot all day. The service in the bank is great. Outstanding staff.
Never have I ever been met with such rudeness. I recently got a big payout settlement from when I got injured at my job. Now Ive struggled in the past paying my bills. But when I finally had the money hit my account I was so happy. When I had gone to the bank to pull out money... The bank teller stopped me and I ended up speaking with the manager. The manager then proceeds to ask me how I got the money. He dared to ask me if I had stolen it. I had to show proof from my settlement papers from court. Now this money was a wire ... read more
