Ellyn consistently helps me to be pain-free and feel so relaxed after each session. Doing the Rolfing sessions with her has helped me improve my posture and have an easier time with breathing. I also have noticed that my nervous system feels more at ease. I am grateful for her communication with the physical therapist she referred me to, allowing them to work as a team to assist me the best way possible.

She worked with me on each area that was creating the overall problems I was having. She was so knowledgeable about other areas of healthcare and gave me a strategic referral for a naturapath as well. I received a lot of value for what I paid, and am so grateful to have found someone as talented and kind as Ellyn.

After going through the rolfing series my posture has been significantly improved, and more importantly my musculoskeletal pain has been dramatically lowered. I feel more flexible and stable in my body and this allows me to work long hours without injury.
