This is NOT a good place to rent space from. My review is based on their "business" practices and interactions with Janet Llerandi Gonzalez, the business manager. I've rented space all over town and I've never felt so immediately bullied by anyone I've dealt with. Back in the fall I inquired about possibly renting event space -- turns out the inquiry form IS THE RENTAL AGREEMENT -- something I've never experienced. I picked up a bin of reusable dishes from the EC for a small gathering at my house. I wanted to reduce waste and try out this free service that they offer. The dishes were very nice quality plastic, dishwasher safe plates, cups, bowls and flat wear. The plates have a nice small extension that makes them easy to carry while mingling at a party.
