I stopped in the Westborough location to setup a new account and was pleasantly greeted by Shannon. She was outstanding and extremely resourceful. She setup my account and I walked out with a card in hand. Any other bank they tell you to call support and wait 7-10 business days for a card in the mail. Shannon setup my account and had my card printed in under 20 minutes!
