These people literally spent 3 hours helping me work through a difficult wire to close on my home and I wasn't even a member. I was using shared branching. I will be a member soon though! 👌
Recently visited the Northbrough location and was greeted by Shannon. She helped me with a loan application and provided me with all the details I needed to move forward with the auto loan. I was impressed at the rates as well, substantially lower than other banks. This is why I’ve been a member for over 20 years. The customer service is exceptional.
The welcome/Information desk female staff that we dealt with today (Saturday, October 5, 2024 around 11:35 AM) was not a kind/welcoming person/receptionist. I believe that she did not like me challenging her when she gave two wrong pieces of information to a lady who wanted to do shared banking. This lady did say that she was in trouble if she could not do the shared banking today. The receptionist told the lady that shared banking closed down at 11:00 AM today, Saturday. I love this bank and the people who work here. Outstanding top notch service. Lori Gaskins, Judy Misener, Jordan LaPlante...could not be more impressed with how my wife and I were treated by these wonderful people. Could not recommend it more.
