The tellers are rude and mean. The tellers will ask to fill out a deposit slip sometimes when they are in a bad mood. I have been going there for 2 years no deposit slip and all of the sudden the teller is in a bad mood and won't let me deposit a 60 check because I had no glasses on me. The teller cost me 40 buck in late fees. The rudest teller ever and she is all smug about it also. The teller told me to go somewhere else. Rude Rude lady with horrible customer service. Y'all need withdraw and deposit slips bc asking the same question when you forget 3 times is annoying
I’m not sure how we came into contact with Bailee from the Chandler office due to the fact we live in Tuttle Ok, but let me tell you this girl is spot on, very quick to respond and has our business for any loan we need! We have worked with multiple offices including OKC, Mustang, and Newcastle and somehow Bailee manages to do all of their jobs for them. She deserves all the good things working for Trusky has to offer! If you need a great loan officer she’s your girl!
