I visit Brenna at Central Nova Massage on a regular basis for both injury prevention and general health. I've been to numerous massage therapists and would recommend Brenna before anyone else!
Always excellent service! I work at a desk all day and have stress/pain in my neck, back, and shoulders. Brenna worked all of that out and restored more mobility to my shoulder. She has given me some exercises I could do to alleviate a lot of that stress build up. I can't recommend this clinic enough, already booked my next appointment.
My husband, myself and daughter have seen Heidi. She’s very knowledgeable, great adjustments without quick movements, and doesn’t push products. She also is a believer in vaccinating.
Brenna Urquhart is an excellent massage therapist. She gives a great massage and knows the pressure points to get when stubborn knots plague me. She’s a knowledge, caring, very effective masseuse that cares deeply for her clients. She’s definitely a hidden gem in this little town. Thanks Brenna!
