I’ve closed on several home loans in my adult years and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had. I had to resend documents multiple times because emails were deleted or lost. There seems to be poor support for backing one another up while people are out of the office which resulted in paying overnight fees for documents to be sent to avoid delays with the loan.
