Have had a account here for over 10 years and I’m gonna close it cause of poor customer service
BEWARE THIS BRANCH Update: My accounts were closed without permission and my cards marked as lost and stolen. I was in trying to set up an account, and one of the tellers openly mocked an older gentleman who was asking questions. Of course it was after he left and in front of other customers. I let the manager, Angie, know about it, and she didnt seem to care. Fast forward a week, and I finally get access to look at my account online.
