No ATM … when I opened account here as it was close to us … I was really surprised to learn this location has no ATM. A bank with no ATM. They also closed the lobby to walk in which forces you to use drive through only. Drive thru hours not awesome either. Annoying that if you need cash after they close you have to drive into Poteau or Stigler to get to an ATM.
The business hours are inconvenient. There is also no external ATM at this location. It would be more beneficial to the customers, and more financially efficient to the business to have a 24-hour ATM at this location. Ratner than the building that just looks pretty more than anything.
Nice and friendly staff. The bank really needs an ATM machine! Only reason why I quit banking with CNB. Their ATMS where only local and limited.
