i've banked with them for 25 years. not recommended. call them is a 30 minute ordeal with 28 minutes of ads, jingos, stupid marketing recordings. they even wait 5 rings before subjecting you to their voice mail system. it dones not appear they have any regards for my time. strange, as i'm probably one of their top few hundred customers in terms of business and balance.
I had a wonderful experience opening an account at this bank yesterday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Their customer service was stellar. I would highly recommend this bank for your banking needs.
