watch for the nidden fees. i was surprised with how sneaky they were with default fees on a new child's (!) account. we opened a new account for our chicld and bank immediately started charging our child fees. they also got her name wrong 2 times in the check books they sent (think smith/johnson - not muhammedafiganistaniam...) . took us 4 trips across town and 3 weeks just to resolve all the problems they created for us. i hate them.
literally maliciously messed with us. spelled our name wrong in the checks for a new account.. go BACK to have it fixed and instead of using an 'o' instead of a 'e' they use '0'. as in zero. in A NAME ON A CHECK.... so WE are about 3 hours/15$ gas into correcting THEIR mistake . all for the crime of asking for correct checkbooks. why??
I have banked here for eleven years. Excellent staff that is always courteous. I have never had any problems with this bank.
