I have banked here for eleven years. Excellent staff that is always courteous. I have never had any problems with this bank.
Can’t get ahold of anybody and it’s all online. Can’t talk to anyone face to face. You get their customer service automation everytime you call a “location”. I can’t wait to close my account.
i've banked with them for 25 years. not recommended. call them is a 30 minute ordeal with 28 minutes of ads, jingos, stupid marketing recordings. they even wait 5 rings before subjecting you to their voice mail system. it dones not appear they have any regards for my time. strange, as i'm probably one of their top few hundred customers in terms of business and balance.
