I had a wonderful experience opening an account at this bank yesterday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Their customer service was stellar. I would highly recommend this bank for your banking needs.

The app is glitchy randomly saying "error" for no reason. There's fees for *everything*. There is no customer service. They leave me on hold for an hour and even hang up on me. They mailed me a broken debit card. Go anywhere else. Go anywhere else.
