literally maliciously messed with us. spelled our name wrong in the checks for a new account.. go BACK to have it fixed and instead of using an 'o' instead of a 'e' they use '0'. as in zero. in A NAME ON A CHECK.... so WE are about 3 hours/15$ gas into correcting THEIR mistake . all for the crime of asking for correct checkbooks. why??
I have banked here for eleven years. Excellent staff that is always courteous. I have never had any problems with this bank.
Can’t get ahold of anybody and it’s all online. Can’t talk to anyone face to face. You get their customer service automation everytime you call a “location”. I can’t wait to close my account.
