I used to like to go to this bank. The staff used to be super friendly but recently things changed. I was racially profiled few months ago, I’m definitely looking at other bank options. They replied to my review below but they never reach out to me or made something to address this issue.
We have been with Central National bank for 20 plus years and have complained many times and nothing has been done, the drive thru in Newton ks, never has envelopes for night deposit!!!!! Everytime I go there's none, i went 10 minutes after they close and I know they were all used, because this happens all the time.
Do you all act that way when there are cameras in your own banks, your hypocrisy is astounding, mind your own business to better
I feel now that this is a very well oiled business that meets all my needs with great service and a good attitude.Also,amazed how knowledgeable the staff is here.
