Rick is prompt and competent. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my computer, got the part, fixed it, and hooked it up.

I was very glad to find someone for computer repair service, in my area. The owner, Rick, was easy to talk to, and the next day he called to tell me what was needed to fix the computer. Rick ordered the parts, but because of the holiday- July 4th, it took a little more time to get them. Rick called to let me know the computer was ready to be picked up.
