It took him 2.5 weeks to finish my computer when he said it would take 2 days, he replaced a 70 dollar part without letting me know until he did. I had someone else pull apart my computer after I got it back because I paid 250 just to get a non working computer back, lots of things internally were done incorrectly. I am very unhappy with this, he is also almost never around on his office hours.
Great service the Tech was amazing. He took the time to answer questions and not only that showed me on the lazer the drop. Highly recommend
Rick is prompt and competent. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my computer, got the part, fixed it, and hooked it up.
