His expertise... and willingness to go the extra mile...has enabled me to achieve a masters degree...despite all of my disabilities. Brought my mother in law here because it was where she was referred to. She was told by he nurse that she needed to wait 45 minutes even though she was here for her scheduled appt. Now 2 hours into this appt and they still are taking their time. Staff is rude. Everything unprofessional. We live 2 hours from the place. So now this is a 6 hour ordeal to have something put on her head that takes 10 minutes
