Mike Racette at Central Mass PT is hands-down the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been seeing him for years for various injuries, and I keep coming back because of his exceptional care. A PT that has you working directly with the physical therapist instead of an assistant. They will develop a plan to make sure you get back to action. With a wealth of knowledge and praxis that allows them to work with all different abilities.
Great place, great physical therapists who care about their clients. I saw Connor and Mike and they were a great balance, with Connor providing lots of education and strength progression exercises, and Mike did more hands on modalities with me eg massage, gasha. for post Achilles tendonitis surgery.
Highly recommend Central Mass Physical Therapy. My therapist Connor Dougherty is an excellent clinician and extremely knowledgeable. I worked with him for several months for a difficult tendon tear in my foot. His guidance significantly helped me progress to my previous activity levels including hiking and now being able to run again. Thank you Connor!
