I have had my taxes completed with Aurora for my business, and personal taxes. Aurora, and her team have also processed my daughter, and compadre's taxes. I received full breakdown and explaination on questions. I received my refunds in timely manner, no issues or delays. The phones do get busy, like any other business during tax season because everyone wants their refund! My calls and/or emails were returned in a timely manner. I do not recommend working with them, I did my 2022/2023 taxes with them and everything was fine and I was very pleased with their work but I went to do my 2024 taxes and left very disgusted not professional at all the lady was cursing all the time and I had to left because I didn’t felt like trusting them and felt disrespected and disgusted I was polite all the way and never disrespected them in any way I can’t believe that all those year I recommended them even to my church members, if you’re a Latino that doesn’t speak En... read more

Very rude people. Still waiting on my 2021 tax. I went in 3 months ago and she was searching me as another name and claimed thats the name I gave her, I should know my own name. Call today to get some help on my tax return but was told they would call me in 10 minutes. I did not receive any call in an hour so I called back. Aurora the owner answered and told me, that there is nothing she can do because I don't show up, that they have no info for me and just ended the call. Tryed calling back and no answer.
