I want to share my full experience with this organization. When I first researched them, I saw several negative reviews specifically mentioning Ms. Nydia Hernandez. I still gave the organization the benefit of the doubt. My first interaction with Ms. Hernandez was in April regarding a different case, which was later dismissed without prejudice. they aren’t helpful and they just repeatedly lie, made me wait until 3 days before i needed to filing swearing up and down they would help and now they haven’t even sent over the forms. absolutely useless
