Horrible place, very rude, ignorant and unknowledgeable staff. Every time I have called, I’m told something different. I called last week and still have not heard back from the woman I spoke to. She promised to call me back. I spoke to the supervisor Janice yesterday. She didn’t stop talking long enough to hear about the problems I’ve been having. I called to try to make an appointment for legal help with a Social Security disability overpayment. The woman asked me for my info and then told me I wasn’t eligible ,as I have some savings. This isn’t true for older folk. I am going to stop this review here, as there is too much to write. It’s very sad that people have to go through this for help and never get it because of employees who don’t seem to know what eligibility requirements are, or what paperwork is required so they can have all the SSA info.
