I am very disappointed with my experience. During the time I worked with them, I consistently made all payments on time and trusted their professionalism to handle my tax matters. However, they unexpectedly decided to stop working with me without providing clear explanations or an adequate transition. This left me in a tax limbo at a critical time, without the support needed to meet my obligations. I find this way of handling a client relationship unprofessional and lacking responsibility.
