Considering health issues and awareness has become a very serious and thought provoking matter, it is discouraging this bakery company does Not have "Nutrition Facts" labels on Any of their products. Most DO want to know how much fat, sugar, carbs, etc., each product has, doing so may actually also see sales climb.
The almond croissants are gross - instead of being light, crisp and flaky, they are heavy and doughy, with a half baked soggy interior instead of the almond paste one might expect. I threw most of the one I bought away after a few bites.
