Absolute waste of money for us. Session was supposed to be two hours but it wasn't much over one hour. Its been a week now and there's been no signs that it worked.

I met with Chris a week ago. I had tried several different ways to give up smoking. I had been a smoker for over 26 years and hypnotherapy was my last chance in my eyes. I can't express the money I paid for the 2 hour session was the best decision I have made. 7 days on and I haven't had the erge or desire to smoke and the 💰 saved already speaks for itself. I would recommend Chris to anyone and how he explains the session and how welcomed I felt was encouraging. I can safely say I am a non smoker! Thank you Chris 😊 x

I went to Chris for help with my driving anxiety. I went in with a firm belief that it would work. I wanted it to work. Unfortunately it did not. And what's even more unfortunate is that I paid £85 for him to talk for like 45 minutes on what hypno is and is not, and then the other 45 mins on a very dead hypo sesh...(it was meant to be 2 hours. He told me the session was over and I still had half an hour left...) P.s. I have since found some 30 minute driving anxiety Hypnotherapy sessions on YouTube which made me feel better ... read more

Chris has helped me massively. From the minute you open your eyes you feel a massive weight off your shoulders and can start enjoying life again!
