The delivery and setup of my new appliance (Whirlpool Refrigerator) was outstanding! The team arrived timely, handled everything with care, and made sue the appliance was set up perfectly. We had been in months ago and were looking at washer/dryers but weren't ready to make a purchase. Today we came back, after having a less than ideal experience at a big box store (felt pressured to make a choice). I believe it was Adam who approached us today and was very laid back, we didn't feel like we were being watched and forced to make a decision on something that didn't feel right.
