The installer is very nice and always about the customers and making them happy
Called looking for someone to service my pellet stove. They don't do that, but the guy that answered the phone was really nice, told me where to find the info on the stove I needed, and how to narrow my search to find a local dealer.
I just had the best customer service from this place. I literally almost cried because i was overwhelmed by the care i received over the phone. Early on in the conversation, we recognized it made more sense for me to use a business that was more local to me, but the rep still took 5-10 more minutes to give me tips and advice about the gas insert i will be purchasing. Thank you Central Fuel!!!
