I endured this place just so I could provide for my family just to find out there going out of business just before Christmas with not mutch notice and now im waiting on my last check from them and having to find work eleswere

Claimed to come to deliver but never called, I was calling them all morning trying to reach someone. This is after they already postponed the delivery from the original date. Was waiting at home for them, no show, no response.

Worst experience I’ve had with shipping something in my life, customer service was horrible got a phone call from the company that has no caller Id, when I try to to figure out who is on the other line the customer service rep starts giving me more attitude than if I was her kid who just did something criminally wrong, I ask to speak to her manager who denies my call then calls me back saying absolutely nothing that happened and she’s doing her job, all while my package is over a week late and they haven’t even got it off th... read more
