Gave an ETA 3.5 hours after close of business, made arrangements to receive shipment… driver never attempted to call or make the delivery!!!
Zero stars if possible. Very late, incorrect tracking... Needed supplies delivered to our business. Shipped from Houston on Wednesday. Every other carrier gets things to us in 1 day from Houston. They didn't arrive on Thursday. Called Friday to check on it after waiting around until after 4:00 pm. They said it had only arrived at the dock that day and was scheduled to be delivered Monday. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Three times they have held our freight at their OKC hub saying they are short handed. And they keep backing up the time of delivery by days. Our company is now out of supplies and not able to assist our customers.
