Recently purchased a nomad 2X from Central Florida E bikes. The service was amazing. Ryan and his Mechanic did an excellent job on assembly. Great experience all the way around! Came out from Sanford. Came in, Ryan gave me a hypothesis of what he thought the problem was. Told me he’ll run a true diagnostic & call me back later that day or the next morning. Didn’t even get home before he called back ( approx. 1-2 hrs later). Told me the problem. Gave me 2 solutions. I choose 1. Called me back when it was finished. Back in action. Was a simple problem but appreciate the swiftness regardless.
