They seemed nice but my ulock I bought immediately broke & they only fixed it temporarily no refund. I didn't want to believe it but a long time friend said he bought a bike from them & it didn't work, no refund. I've looked elsewhere & saw ebikes at Best Buy $540 coming down & Costco $500. Those places give refunds.
Best bike shop in the central Florida area when it comes to ebikes, these guys really know what they are doing thanks again
This business is not professional at all. I brought my E-bike in last month because I wanted new brake pads. They charged me for brake pads and didn’t replace them because I just found out today at the place I brought my bike to be fix again because my breaks keep getting loose and was confused as to why. This other place said they are wore out and were not recently replaced. Every time I go into this place I have to argue with them.
