This business is a SCAM, owner Ramon Martinez impersonates as tax preparer, but he is not. He refuses to provide his preparer number, he filed my returns with errors and so far this issue has caused me more than $10,000. He opened a new entity called Prosperity United, LLC, BEWARE OF FRAUD because is the same guy!!! If anybody else in Orlando wants to join my lawsuit against this guy please file a complaint to the IRS against this guy.

Central Florida Crooks! As horrible as law Enforcement agencies that they cannot do their job and hold people accountable!
I wish I can give them zero stars. These people are a total rip off. I never leave bad feedback to companies. I always contact the other party and let the know if there is a problem. These people do not care. They are good only with collecting money even before rendering the work. they ruined my business for over 4 months. Stay away! This company has an issue with being held accountable to deadlines! They are 3 months behind on preparing our financials. We were never supplied a copy of our tax returns that they supposedly filed for us (and we paid top dollar for the preparation - they drafted the money out of account before they even finished the work). Not even sure if they did it. Asked for help submitting payroll taxes and they were too busy to help. They do not like dealing with women. Ramon is very unprofessional.
