We were new to propane moving from in town to outskirts. We found them to be fair at first offering pay upfront or monthly pay plans. However after the pandemic last year and some miscommunication we were not added to the budget plan after 4 years of being on it, as evidently they sent us a letter but we did not send it back? No notice, no second letter, nothing just a giant almost $400 bill in november then another in January, then was soon to be another.
