I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and honestly I regret wasting so much time. Dr Sandra treats patients like a money pot, not actual people who need help. Every appointment is rushed, she just wants you in and out as fast as possible with no real care or effort to actually fix anything. I waited over an hour today just to be seen for 5 minutes. From the second i walked into the clinic i was made to feel welcome by friendly and informative staff and technicians. Which was a breath of fresh air. My 1st time getting laser trearment done i was a bit nervous about the whole proceedure. But the staff there are so lovely, and made me feel at ease with smiles and humour, which made the whole proceedure an experience i wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone considering to take the step to do so.
