Terrible company. They were recommended to us by The Village at Kensington Place for my father's move into memory care. I was horrified to hear that they did not issue my mom with a contract. They told me she should have asked for one. Every moving company I have ever encountered issues a contract as standard practice. His bed and wheelchair were damaged somewhere between those items being in our home and those items being in the care home.
