Their services are not modern. This is 2020 more services should be available online or chat. I have been on the phone holding for 1 HOUR trying to file a fraud claim! Anybody should be able to take a fraud claim. Everyday I can't file this claim is that many days my funds aren't available to me. 3 transactions between yesterday and today. I have talked to two credit union representatives who directed me to an 800 number to file a claim. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
