Fantastic experience from start to finish. I received a very competitive leasing quote and everything moved quickly once I chose my new Nissan Qashqai. I was expecting the process of choosing my next lease car to be quite stressful, but Katy Barber Godwin got in touch ahead of my end date and completely took that stress away. She was efficient, professional, and made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. I’m really grateful for the support and would highly recommend to anyone looking to lease a car.
The service I received from Michelle was 5 Star. Exceptionally happy with central contracts and the service. The reason for not giving 4 stars is the delayed delivery of the vehicle which caused inconvenience over Christmas. The delays were at the car dealer end, but an expectation was set at the point of agreement and it was not met. Again, i cant speak highly enough of Michelle and her personal service.
I had a very positive experience with this leasing company. The leasing agent Sarah I worked with was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the move-in process was smooth. Highly recommend.
Richard Graham and the team were very helpful at assisting throughout the purchase of the lease, explained details of every stage till the car was delivered and was very patient with the numerous calls per day I had to make. Will highly recommend Richard and Central Contracts !
Richard Graham went above and beyond to ensure my car was sorted before Christmas. I had been 6 weeks without a car, having to use public transport. It was awful.
