Megan has been an ABSOLUTE AMAZING help for me within the past two months! I've been having several issues, and she has been RIGHT ON TOP OF IT!!!🥰 VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!!!
This is the only bank that I know of wihen your card or your account has been compromised you call to speak with the 24-hour customer service they can't tell you who took money out of your account I had several $100 taken out of my account sometime on Saturday when I get on my account to see if a transaction had went through that I purchased with Amazon notice I had a lot of money missing call to speak with somebody they said the only thing they can do is lock the card that I would have to go into a branch during business ho... read more
I would like to command a employee Megan who was so pleasant & Knowledgeable on the phone I was really impressed with her expertise on my problem & her solution on how to fix my Banking problems.
