Greatest customer service ever I took my gerni down to get fix I couldn’t find my receipt it was still under warranty because I didn’t have a receipt gerni wouldn’t replace it so they called there gerni sales rep and said how bad they felt for me and then the sales rep called me and offered me a brand new one. I just had to share my experience they didn’t have to do this they lost money because they didn’t fix my gerni they even waved the fees for looking at it.
