Was in SLO for a few days and I had to head back home to Las Vegas, when I started up my Mini I had a check engine light, stopped by the shop and within minutes the problem was diagnosed, I asked how much and he said "no charge and have a safe trip", this is great customer service which is hard to find these days
A family member was experiencing an issue with her mini and needed immediate help at the end of a business day. Tyler took the call, got the car in immediately and was able to resolve the issue at a reasonable price. As a result of that great initial service, the car was returned there shortly after for a separate issue. We were again really impressed with how quickly they were able to get the car in, and take care of the problem. Both experiences made us loyal customers.
