I retract my previous statement. Every other branch is amazing and helpful whereas the Outer Loop branch struggles with the most basic of requests. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to not have to deal with the long waits and incompetence of this branch. Amazing customer service!!! Drop your bank and come here ASAP!!! You’ll be so glad you made the switch.
