Great location and very convenient, Nikki was awesome!! Morgan with customer service was very helpful!
My business account debit card was shut off for “fraud” for a legitimate charge that had previously went through a month before, leaving me without access to my money while on a business trip out of the state. I was not aware of this until 7 days after the claimed “fraudulent” charge, again leaving me without access to my money. The solution I was offered was to come into the bank and withdraw money… how can I do that if I’m not even in the state?
