Been banking with CBT for 22 years. Got treated like a common criminal while trying to deposit a PAYROLL check and get some of MY cash back, WITH 3 FORMS OF I.D. !!! Was told by a “manager” the check had to clear first. BS. She even had the unmitigated gall to call my employer in Frankfort to verify my employment !!!!! Have been through this drive thru NUMEROUS times, with ZERO ISSUES, EVER, but currently inop. Won’t be going to Florence branch anymore after this interrogation of totally unnecessary questions.
