They let a payment go through for 16 months with wrong account number then I was told tried to reach out by phone never heard back so rejected my payment which caused late fee. Never heard of a bank letting things go through with wrong account number and hey I do have email and online banking with messaging but didn't bother with that or how about sending notice through mail or better yet why let it go on for 16 months?????
Bought a house through them. Turns out it was financed through another bank that is absolute garbage at their jobs. Central Bank deals with trash so they arent any better very unimpressed. There app leaves alot to be desired for an app also its 2025 guys step your game up
Would not allow me to get 100/ $1.00 bills because I didn't have an account with them
